- Refunds?
- Ticket sales are final rain or shine. If the event is cancelled due to factors outside our control, tickets will be refunded automatically.
- Print my tickets?
- Yes, you can print your tickets and bring to the gate where an attendant may scan or look you up in the will call list.
- I lost my tickets
- If you have lost the email or text message for your tickets, you can come to any entrance and a gate attendant can look up your tickets.
- Re-entry to park?
- When you first arrive your ticket will be scanned. If you wish to leave, you will receive a wristband upon exit to allow re-entry. Wristband is required. Each ticket can only be scanned once.
- Someone else used/scanned my ticket?
- Only the gate attendants have the ability to scan a ticket. If your ticket was already used, you will need to purchase a new ticket.
